Q1: How long does the tour take?

A1: Group tours usually pick up from your hotel in Adelaide city at around 9am and finish around 5pm to 6pm. For private tours, we can arrange the time to suit your needs.

Q2: Can I enjoy it even if I don't know much about wine?

A2: Of course! The tour is designed for everyone from beginners to advanced wine lovers, and the guide will provide detailed explanations on everything from basic to advanced wine knowledge.

Q3: What is included in the tour?

A3: Group tours include transportation from Adelaide city, lunch, and sightseeing in Hahndorf. A basic winery tasting fee is also included, but there is an additional charge if you upgrade to premium wines or chocolates.

 

Private tours are available upon request.

Q4: Can I purchase wine during the tour?

A4: Yes, of course. You can purchase your favorite wine directly at the wineries you visit. There are also special offers such as discounts for tour participants and free shipping within Australia for purchases of 6 or more bottles, so please check with your guide.

Q5: Is the tasting fee at the winery included in the tour price?

A5: Basic tasting is included in the tour price for group tours, but if you wish to upgrade, there will be an additional charge. Please check the details when booking the tour.

Q6: How many people can join the tour?

A6: Group tours are limited to a maximum of 7 people. For private tours, we are flexible and can accommodate your needs.

Q7: Can I bring my children with me?

A7: Group tours are for people aged 18 and over, but we also accept private tours for families, where we can take you to other attractions besides the wineries, such as the zoo where you can hold koalas.

Q8: What options are available for private tours?

A8: With a private tour, you can choose the wineries and sightseeing spots you want to visit according to your preferences. For example, if you want to visit a specific winery in detail or try a specific wine, we will customize the plan according to your preferences.

Q9: What happens to the tour if the weather is bad?

A9: Tours usually go ahead even in rainy weather. However, if extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to continue the tour, we may ask you to reschedule or cancel the tour.

Q10: What is the cancellation policy?

A10: Tour cancellations are accepted free of charge up until 24 hours before the tour start date. Cancellations after that may incur a cancellation fee, so please check the terms and conditions at the time of booking for details.

Q11: I can't handle my alcohol so I'm not confident about visiting multiple wineries.

A11: You don't have to force yourself to drink all the wine during the tasting. Spit containers are provided so you can enjoy tasting little by little. You can also share one tasting with a friend, so you can participate without forcing yourself.
